This is Leicestershire --
Liam Moore admitted he had dreamed about how he would celebrate if he scored for his beloved Leicester City since he was six-years-old.
The defender has been a life-long fan of the club, ever since he was taken to his first game as a child and cheered an Adi Akinbiyi goal.
Moore said he had thought of what celebration he would use should he find the net for City and was tempted to copy Akinbiyi's famous shirt-off celebration.
But, having picked up three bookings already this season, he didn't want to sour the moment with a fourth.
However, he admitted his mind was racing after watching his header bulge the back of the Wigan net and set City on their way to a big victory over one of the promotion favourites.
"I have been dreaming about scoring for City as long as I can remember," he said.
"I am a local lad and my dream was to play for City and then to score for City. I am so happy I have done that.
"I think I was about six or seven when Akinbiyi scored at home against Sunderland and ripped his shirt off.
"I thought I had better not copy that one because I had been booked three times this year.
"I had thought so many times about what I would do if I scored and I think I got most of them in. I am buzzing."
Moore was given a free header at the far post by Wigan's defence but he still had plenty to do to head home Anthony Knockaert's corner Iin the 15th minute.
"Wes (Morgan) took two of their defenders away with his run and I just managed to sneak in around the back and get my head on it.
"It felt like it took an age to come down and its mad the amount of pictures that go through your head about what might happen. But I made good contact and it went into the top corner.
"I can't lie, I didn't know what to do. I ran one way and then checked the other, and I got some celebrations in.
"I think it was a solid performance and the first time we have sustained 90 minutes of pressure on the opposition. We kept a clean sheet as well so, as defenders, we have to be happy." Reported by This is 3 days ago.
