Former *Leicester Tigers* fly-half George Ford says he "cannot wait" to get back to playing at Welford Road.
The 20-year-old left Leicester for Bath last summer and has flourished at the Rec, starting 10 games and helping the West Country club go on an 11-game unbeaten run, which ended at Northampton last weekend.
Tomorrow's clash at Welford Road will be a huge game for both clubs, with Bath third and Leicester fifth.
Ford is likely to be centre of attention and thinks the old rivals could produce a great game of rugby.
"I can't wait, Welford Road is a great place to play and Leicester are hitting a bit of form as well," Ford told the Bath Chronicle. "It has got the potential to be a great game.
"It's the first time I've been back. It will be interesting. You make friends at the club and around the stadium, so it will be good to see everyone.
"When I left, I was at a time in my career when I just needed game-time and my decision to come here was to get the best possible chance of doing that.
"Up to now, it has probably worked out all right but I know, as an individual and a team, that things can change very quickly.
"My feet are firmly on the ground. I've just got to keep working hard because I know my spot in the team is not guaranteed with the likes of Tom (Heathcote) and Gavin (Henson) on my heels."
Ford will urge his team-mates for a reaction to the 43-25 defeat at Franklin's Gardens last weekend as they look for a big away win to cement their aspirations as genuine title contenders this season.
"These top four teams, they are not there every year by fluke," he said.
"When teams slip up or go to sleep, they capitalise on it.
"Leicester have been in the top four for years. They are a massively hard team to beat at Welford Road.
"We are in a good place, it's not all doom and gloom. Northampton was a blip after an 11-game run, so we are still very positive. There won't be any knee-jerk reactions.
"We have to go with a plan and try to take it to Leicester. If we don't, it could be like last weekend." Reported by This is 15 hours ago.
