A woman whose two cats were shot in the face with an air weapon has hit out at the "twisted" person responsible for the attacks. Emma Taft's pets, Isis and Freya, have both lost sight in one eye because of the damage caused by the pellets. In Isis's case, the injury was so severe a vet had no choice but to remove her eye.
